★ Etude House Sweet Recipe Collection

Sunday, February 10, 2013

Before I start with this lengthy post full with cute picture spams, Etude House is my favorite make up brand and I am always excited to see which concept they come up with next. This time they replaced Dara from 2NE1 with Krystal and Sulli from F(x). Honestly, I wasn't that excited when I heard the news, but looking at the pictures I guess they do fit as Etude House models.

Etude House Sweet Recipe Baby Choux Base I have always wanted to buy a green colored base to even out the redness around my nose, but in the end I am always like: "Meh.. do I really need this?" and then the thought of purchasing it just vanish into thin air. I think I will wait to see other bloggers review about it and if I am convinced, then perhaps I will purchase this.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Chocolate Eyes. An eyeshadow palette in the form of a chocolate bar, I would eat it if I didn't knew any better. The eyeshadows are engraved with cute shapes and the name of the brand itself. Although I fancy the packaging, I don't often wear eyeshadows so I will give this some thought.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Chocolate Smudge Liner. Creamy eyeliner, with an irresistible product information. I might give this a try because I kind of like the natural color that it gives off.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Choco Stick Eyeshadow Brush. Just your trustworthy blend blush, painted with chocolate color and speckles to make it look edible
Etude House Sweet Recipe Cupcake Eyes. Comes in 5 different packaging, each containing duo shades with sparkles to compliment each other.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Choco Chip Cookie Pact. Last in line product to keep your face looking flawless throughout the day. The cookie pact is really adorable, I have a thing for polka dots and laces so this is a pretty tempting product for me to splurge on. (Packaging wise!)
Etude House Sweet Recipe Chocolate Highlighter. This highlighter comes in the shape like the Eyeshadow Palette and has 3 highlighter shades to offer.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Dear My Jelly Lips-Talk. The packaging holds nearly the same resemblance as the Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk. With its bold pink rhinestone covering the white plastic body of the packaging, it screams "You know you want to buy me" out loud. JPK004 seems like a pretty shade from the picture, but how much of that is trustworthy I wonder?
Etude House Sweet Recipe Candy Stick. Want to obtain those luscious gradient lips that lots of Koreans sport on their lips? Maybe this candy stick might just do the trick. The colors look vibrant, which I adore, so maybe.. just maybe.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Cupcake All Over. 3 in one product that comes in 5 different shades. According to the picture, you can use this on your lips, as eyeshadow and as blusher. How cool is that? The end result made a subtle difference on the model, but yet enough to show that this product works. I think this is going to be in my top 3 to-buy-list from Etude House.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Ice Cream Nails. Is this a microphone, is this a real ice cream? No! It's a nail polish! Just take a look at how similar it looks to an ice cream. Props to whoever thought of this packaging, because it is super cute! Needless to say I already ordered this in #4 Strawberry Stars Candy!
✧ Final Notes:
The Etude House Sweet Recipe Collection definitely does the name justice. Since Valentine is near, I can only imagine that the products will be a big hit to all the ladies out there since it fits into the theme.
I am pretty excited about this collection, because the prices seem affordable as well. Like I stated before, I purchased the Etude House Sweet Recipe Ice Cream Nails in #4 Strawberry Stars Candy (and lots of more of Etude House) so I will be reviewing it when it arrives! :) My next to buy list from this collection would probably be the Candy Stick, but we shall see!
What are your favorite products from Etude House Sweet Recipe Collection? Would you purchase them? What are your views?
